Your clipboard is none of our business

A clipboard manager sees everything you copy — addresses, contracts, medical letters, the occasional password. That's why privacy isn't a feature of Duplia. It's the constraint everything else was designed around.

Everything stays on your Mac

Your clipboard history lives in a local database inside your Library folder — nowhere else. Duplia has no cloud, no sync, no account and no analytics. The only network requests the app ever makes are validating your license key and checking for updates, and neither carries any clipboard content.

Passwords never enter the history

Password managers like 1Password, Bitwarden or Apple's Passwords mark what they place on the clipboard as confidential — using the standard concealed-content flags that well-behaved Mac apps have agreed on for years. Duplia honors these flags without exception: anything marked confidential or transient is never stored, never displayed, never written to disk.

Exclude any app entirely

Some things deserve a wider berth. In Duplia's settings you can put any app on an exclusion list — copies from that app never enter your history at all. Your banking app, your terminal, your diary: one click and Duplia looks away.

Your history, your rules

You decide how long Duplia remembers: a day, a week, a month, or indefinitely. Clearing the history deletes it immediately and completely — there is no copy anywhere else, because there was never anywhere else to begin with.
